The house is built to order in our factory , and at all stages of construction, payment is made by contract , step by step , starting with a minimum deposit of 10-15 % , which includes the project and the advance payment for the production of metal structures . The customer receives up-to-date information and photos about the construction process , and if he wishes , he has the opportunity to come to the factory . The construction of the house takes about 4 months in the factory , after which it is assembled and assembled in a few days , where the customer has land .
In consultation with the architect, we offer the customer the opportunity to select details : the exterior design of the house , the model of the entrance door, the color of the interior doors , the color of the interior paint of the rooms , the model of the bathroom tiles , sanitary ware , parquet, the color of the desired options , such as a swimming pool, bioclimatic pergola and garage , etc.
All materials and components used in our houses are manufactured in the EU and comply with the quality standards applicable to the European Union . We provide a contractual guarantee for our houses to obtain passive house certification ! All our passive house projects are accredited by the world’s only institution , the Passivehaus Institut in Darmstadt, Germany , through their legal representatives . In UK, only a very small percentage of all existing houses are certified passive houses, although many “proud ” that they build houses according to the passive house standard ! Just because a few passive house standard – compliant components or materials were used in the construction of a house does not mean that the house fully complies with the standard and can be qualified as a passive house !
The entire house is excellently insulated with 200 mm thick PUR panels on all external walls and roof. There are also layers of other insulating materials, such as 50 mm thick basalt mineral wool for facades, condensation barrier foil , plasterboard, OSB3 board , etc.
The insulation is similar to that of professional industrial cold rooms . The solid structure has been specially designed to have few thermal bridges. This results in particularly good insulation , so the house is cool in summer and warm in winter , with minimal energy consumption.
