Useful internal dimensions are 5800 X 3400 X 2300 mm, spacious enough to open all the doors of a car parked in the garage, even a large SUV .
The floor has a load capacity of 800 kg per square meter , meaning the floor can support a large SUV type car , such as the Range Rover Vogue or the Mercedes G with a weight of 2800 kg . They are made of thick steel profiles and are covered with steel sheet on the inside, on which is laid 2 mm thick linoleum that can withstand heavy traffic . Below is 100 mm thick basalt stone -based mineral wool insulation , closed with galvanized sheet.

If the car is parked very low and it is difficult to climb onto the 10 cm high floor of the garage even with the bridge , the solution is as follows : cover the entire surface of the garage with 10 cm of soil and place the garage on supports so that the floor is as even as possible with the ground. In order to prevent rainwater from remaining in this free area, around the sides of the garage ( except the car entrance side ) an additional 30-40 cm wide and 10-15 cm deep channel should be dug down to drain the water (a concrete gutter can also be built into the ground ) . There should be a drain at the lowest part of the ground to drain the water (see figure).
During assembly , it is sufficient to support the garage only at the 4 corners. The corners are placed on prefabricated concrete supports , it is important that they are leveled and the soil from which the supports come is well compacted . Thick metal plates are used between the prefabricated elements and the corners of the garage for fine leveling . Everything is included in the price.

You can place 2 of these types of garages next to each other , and both garages will not have one of the side walls installed, so you get a double- sized garage and one large open space. Similarly, 3, 4 or more garages can be placed next to each other, so we can get large garages without dividing walls between the garages.
Second garage module for storage or a workshop , we can make it without a large door.
